Creativity has always been at the core of my life. Over the years I’ve explored many mediums: paper, paint, fabric, and glass—but my favorite will always be flowers.

Nature gives us an extraordinary palette of color and texture to create with, and I find endless joy in the process.

Growing up in New York, I was captivated by the climbing roses and cornflower-blue hydrangeas that filled our yard each summer. From a young age, I knew flowers would play a meaningful role in my life.

When I bought my first home, my first priority was cultivating a garden—and it thrived. Roses, hydrangeas, lilacs, sunflowers, azaleas, and dogwoods all flourished alongside a generous variety of perennials gifted by a friend.

For years, I created arrangements for family gatherings and celebrations, and after retiring from a career as a healthcare consultant, I pursued my lifelong dream: I earned my Floral Design certification at the New York Botanical Garden.
